Corporate Client Associate

We are looking for a Corporate Client Associate to join our remote-first, global team. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role where you will work directly alongside the Corporate Client Manager and in close proximity to the CEO to manage and grow the partnerships that fund real access for our students.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Manage all external client communications, draft quarterly impact reports, and develop bi-monthly partner newsletters.
- Event Coordination: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of in-person events inside corporate offices and at trade shows across multiple cities.
- Logistics Ownership: Manage event timelines, vendor coordination, student/volunteer lists, and day-of operations.
- Executive Support: Prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings with briefings, talking points, and background research on attendees.
- Pipeline & Research: Maintain the partner pipeline in Monday.com and build detailed profiles on target Fortune 500 companies, focusing on CSR and DEI initiatives.
- Strategic Outreach: Support personalized outreach campaigns to secure and deepen partner relationships.
- Deliverable Ownership: Own all follow-ups from meetings and track outstanding accounts receivable items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in client-facing, project coordination, partnerships, or communications roles.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to be clear and professional with stakeholders at every level.
- Organizational Mastery: Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and update tasks daily in Monday.com.
- Mindset: Proactive by default, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Mission Alignment: Deeply cares about connecting underserved students to life-changing opportunities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Monday.com, Google Workspace, Canva, and Slack.
- Background (Preferred): A degree in Business, Public Policy, or Strategic Communications; experience in nonprofit or CSR environments is a strong plus.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually
