Global Speaker Assistant Manager – External Operations

The Global Speaker Assistant Manager – External Operations will coordinate training, travel, event logistics, and corporate comprehension checks while managing hiring and engagement strategies for speakers.

Responsibilities:

Global Speaker Training Coordination

  • Organize speaker training logistics.
  • Determine training needs for upcoming events.

Travel Coordination

  • Participate in pre-travel meetings and coordination calls.
  • Manage travel logistics and general updates for speakers.
  • Book speakers for events.

Corporate Comprehension Checks (CCC)

  • Create and update CCC materials.
  • Review and revise CCC content.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for feedback.
  • Manage CCC-related emails and communications.

Event Coordination

  • Attend event coordination, PPT verification, and alignment meetings.
  • Collaborate with teams on event logistics and execution.
  • Review client requests and adjust event plans accordingly.
  • Prepare pre-huddle documents.
  • Update and manage event PowerPoint presentations.
  • Send calendar invites and Zoom links.
  • Manage general event coordination updates and emails.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to events.

Global Speaker Hiring

  • Attend Global Speaker tryouts and hiring meetings.
  • Respond to hiring emails, Slack correspondence, and reference requests.

Upgrading Department

  • Participate in Global Speaker x Project Management QA updates and Global Speaker management meetings.
  • Develop and implement Slack engagement strategy:
  • Create weekly content for Global Speaker on Slack.
  • Post and engage with Global Speaker content on Slack.

General Management

  • Attend open team collaborations and check-ins.
  • Participate in finance or scheduling reviews.
  • Contribute to miscellaneous meetings and projects, such as:
  • Coordinate schedules and internal communication via Slack and email.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in event coordination or management is a plus.
