Role Information:
The Creative Producer is the operations lead for the Creative Team, managing timelines, meetings, and deliverables across all content production. They ensure every project, from concept to delivery - stays on track, while also supporting pre-production planning for video shoots and creative campaigns. This role bridges the gap between creative execution and organizational flow.
Role Functions:
- Manage creative timelines and project calendars to keep production on schedule.
- Coordinate all meetings - marketing syncs, executive reviews, pre-project planning and track follow-ups
- Support pre-production by drafting scripts, briefs, run-of-shows, and interview guides
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Community Engagement, and Video teams to finalize all materials before filming
- Communicate with editors and track post-production progress to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time delivery.
- Maintain shared drives and ensure creative assets are organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
- Assist with light creative tasks like photo cleanup, asset QA, and formatting for social or platform-specific needs.
Qualifications:
- College degree in communications, media, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience producing, directing, or managing creative projects or teams.
- Proven ability to manage content production from start to finish, including scripting, planning, editing, and final delivery.
- Strong track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working directly with clients or internal teams to gather feedback and move projects forward.
- Proficient in Monday.com, Canva, Google Drive, and Frame.io.
- Proficiency in editing software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to support with creative tasks such as photo cleanup, quality checks, and reformatting assets for different platforms.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: 45,000 - 75,000 PHP month
- Salary may increase based on quarterly/annual performance reviews.
