Role Overview:
- We’re seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to lead our social media posting strategy.
- Video editing will be the primary focus of this role (approximately 70% of responsibilities), with additional creative support tasks making up the remaining 30%.

Primary Responsibilities (Core Focus - 70%):
- Video Editing:
- Edit high-quality videos, including recap videos (1–2 minutes), social media clips, and internal training videos.
- Produce engaging short-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Perform color correction and grading on standard and LOG footage.
- Integrate motion graphics, animated text, subtitles, and branding elements into video edits.
- Enhance storytelling through creative pacing, transitions, and audio mixing.
- Ensure all videos are polished, platform-optimized, and aligned with our brand voice.
Secondary Responsibilities (Secondary Focus - 30%):
- Pre-Production Support
- Participate brainstorming sessions, video planning, and scriptwriting assistance.
- Media Management
- Organize and maintain photo, video, and asset libraries within the team’s private server.
- Graphics Creation
- Assist in creating simple Canva graphics and visual assets.
- Team Collaboration
- Participate in Creative Team Meetings and Marketing Meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional editing experience (agency, digital media, nonprofit, or branded content).
- Expert proficiency in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of TikTok, including current trends, edits, stitches, memes, and strategies for increasing watching and reach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong skills in color grading, creative editing, motion graphics, typography, and audio mixing.
- Organized with strong digital asset management skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Collaborative, mission-driven mindset.
- Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (9AM–5PM) for team meetings.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: 40,000 - 70,000 PHP month
- Salary may increase based on quarterly/annual performance reviews.
